Holiday Angels
Our team of Holiday Angels exists to take care of you and meet your every need during your holiday. They are all multilingual, local experts, and fully trained in the specifics of every villa. A Holiday Angel will meet you at checkin, give you an orientation on the house and the area, and answer all of your questions. Our Holiday Angels all speak excellent English, and are carefully selected for their friendly dispositions, able problem solving, and dedication to a quality service ethic.
Cleaners
Our team of trained and expert professional cleaners know each villa inside and out. It is their job to make sure every corner and every angle of the house is spic and span for your arrival. They are selected for both their efficiency and their extraordinary attention to detail, and every cleaning is deep and complete.
Maintenance Men
We have a team of licensed maintenance professionals, including plumber, electrician, carpenter and general fix-it guys, that are available 24/7 to take care of any problem that may arise in a villa. Things rarely go wrong, but when they do, our team of courteous professionals is there ready to fix it up with as little disturbance to your holiday as possible.
