On the second floor there are two spacious bedrooms with lake view, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom with double bed and two beds for children up to 8 years old and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom with two single beds
Bathrooms: total 4 of which 3 bathrooms with shower and one with tub / shower, modern and spacious, connected to the bedrooms, but one of these can be comfortable and service also for the swimming pool.

The villa is located in a village and can be reached with a vehicle with a maximum width of 1.85 meters, the road in the last 800 meters before the villa is unpaved. A few minutes walk away, about 500 meters, there is a free municipal car park.
